Setup
Go to Settings > Connections and choose Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar. Authorize read access through the OAuth consent screen. Wingmnn imports your events from the last 90 days and begins real-time syncing.
Permissions
For Google Calendar, we request the calendar.readonly scope. For Outlook Calendar, we request Calendars.Read. These permissions allow us to view your events but not create, modify, or delete them. Your calendar data is used for scheduling intelligence and cross-module awareness.
Sync frequency
Calendar events sync every 2-5 minutes. New events, updates, and cancellations are reflected in Wingmnn shortly after they happen in your calendar app. If you need an immediate refresh, use the manual sync button on the Calendar module page.
Multi-account setup
You can connect multiple calendar accounts. Each appears as a separate calendar with its own color. Toggle individual calendars on or off in the Calendar module settings. Events from all visible calendars appear in the unified view.
