Triage and priority scoring
Wingmnn analyzes every incoming email and assigns a priority score based on sender importance, content urgency, and your past behavior. High-priority messages surface first. Over time, the model adapts to your patterns — what you read immediately versus what you archive without opening.
Categorization and auto-handling
Emails are automatically categorized into groups: personal, work, newsletters, notifications, and transactional. You can create custom categories too. With Autopilot enabled, routine emails (like shipping confirmations or subscription receipts) are handled silently — archived, labeled, and summarized without interrupting you.
Sender rules and follow-up tracking
Set per-sender rules to always prioritize, mute, or auto-archive messages from specific addresses. Follow-up tracking monitors sent emails and nudges you when a response is overdue. You set the follow-up window (24 hours, 3 days, 1 week) and Wingmnn reminds you at the right time.
Newsletter filtering
Wingmnn identifies newsletters and groups them into a dedicated digest. Instead of interrupting your inbox throughout the day, newsletters are bundled and delivered at a time you choose. Unsubscribe suggestions appear for newsletters you consistently ignore.
