Auto-discovered contacts
Wingmnn automatically builds your contact list from your email, calendar, and other connected modules. No manual entry needed. Each contact record includes their name, email, company (when available), and how you know them.
Interaction history
Every contact has a timeline showing all your interactions: emails exchanged, meetings attended together, tasks related to them. This gives you full context before any meeting or reply — no more digging through your inbox to remember your last conversation.
Follow-up management
Mark contacts for follow-up with a due date. Wingmnn reminds you when it's time to reach out. It also suggests follow-ups based on interaction patterns — if you usually email someone monthly and it's been six weeks, you'll get a gentle nudge.
Relationship scoring and merge/dedup
Each contact gets a relationship score based on interaction frequency, recency, and reciprocity. This helps you focus on your most important relationships. Wingmnn also detects duplicate contacts (same person, different email addresses) and suggests merges.
