Your data rights
You own your data. At any time, you can export everything Wingmnn stores about you in standard formats (JSON and CSV). You can also permanently delete your account and all associated data. These are fundamental rights, not premium features.
Export process
Go to Settings > Data and click 'Export all data'. Wingmnn generates a ZIP archive containing your emails, contacts, tasks, calendar events, financial transactions, and settings. The archive is ready within a few minutes and available for download for 7 days. After 7 days, the export file is deleted.
Deletion process
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Confirm by typing your email address. Your account enters a 30-day grace period — log back in to cancel. After 30 days, all data is permanently purged from our systems, including backups. The purge is irreversible.
What 'permanently' means
When we say permanent deletion, we mean it. Data is removed from primary databases, replica databases, and backup systems. We retain only anonymized, aggregated analytics (e.g., 'X users connected Gmail this month') that cannot be linked to any individual account.
