Supported providers
Wingmnn supports Gmail and Outlook (including Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com). Both use OAuth so you never share your password with us — you authorize access directly through Google or Microsoft.
What gets synced
On first connection, Wingmnn imports the last 90 days of email history. After that, new messages sync incrementally in near real-time. We store message metadata (sender, subject, date, labels) and body content for AI analysis. Attachments are referenced but not downloaded unless you open them.
Managing your connection
You can disconnect your email account at any time from Settings > Connections. Disconnecting stops future syncing but doesn't delete previously imported data. To remove all email data, use the data deletion option in your account settings.
