Exporting your data
Go to Settings > Data and click 'Export all data'. Wingmnn generates a ZIP archive containing your emails, contacts, tasks, calendar events, financial transactions, and settings in standard formats (JSON and CSV). The export is ready within a few minutes and available for download for 7 days.
Account deletion
To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm by typing your email address. Once confirmed, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion by logging back in.
Data purge timeline
After the 30-day grace period, all your data is permanently purged from our systems — including backups. This includes emails, contacts, calendar events, financial data, tasks, and all AI-derived insights. The purge is irreversible. We retain only anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you.
